Conversation design
Define entry points, useful questions, response paths and the point where the conversation should hand off to a person or another channel.
04 — CHATBOT DEVELOPMENT
A chatbot should help someone complete a task, find an answer or reach the right person. I develop custom chatbot experiences around a specific use case, bringing the conversation flow, interface and application logic together.

THE RIGHT FIT
For a business with a repeatable set of visitor questions or a guided workflow that is currently handled manually. Before adding a chatbot, we should understand what it can answer, what information it can use and when a person needs to take over.
WHAT WE CAN BUILD
Define entry points, useful questions, response paths and the point where the conversation should hand off to a person or another channel.
Build the agreed chat experience and connect it to the application behaviour required by the use case.
Review representative conversations, failure cases, privacy requirements and the content or systems the bot is allowed to access.
HOW WE WORK
We define the audience and the narrow problem the chatbot should solve, including what it should not attempt.
Sample conversations make gaps visible before implementation. We review wording, navigation and escalation together.
Implementation is checked against useful conversations and awkward cases, with an agreed way to update content and behaviour later.
BEFORE WE START
Not necessarily. A structured conversation may be enough for a predictable workflow. Whether a language model is appropriate depends on the task, acceptable errors, available knowledge and privacy constraints.
That can be scoped after reviewing the information sources, access permissions and update process. Sensitive information should not be connected without clear rules about access and use.
The current portfolio visual is an interface concept rather than a live application. Get in touch to discuss your use case and the kind of prototype that would be useful for evaluating it.
LET’S BUILD SOMETHING
Share the problem, your current setup and any important constraints. We can turn that into a useful first conversation.
