02 — CMS DEVELOPMENT
A content management system should fit the people who use it. I build reusable page components and editing structures so your team can publish consistent content without rebuilding a page for every update.

THE RIGHT FIT
For teams that publish service pages, update company information or manage content across a growing website. This work is especially useful when an existing CMS has become hard to edit, its page layouts are inconsistent, or small changes repeatedly need developer intervention.
WHAT WE CAN BUILD
Separate the information your team manages from the layout that presents it. Define sensible fields, reusable sections and the relationships between pages.
Create flexible templates and components that support consistent spacing, imagery, typography and responsive behaviour.
Plan the editing workflow with the actual content team, test representative pages and document how the system should be used.
HOW WE WORK
We review the CMS, templates, plugins or add-ons, editor needs and content that should be retained.
I develop the agreed components and content structures, starting with representative pages rather than copying every layout separately.
Where migration is included, we map content and URLs, check output on different screen sizes and walk through the editorial workflow.
BEFORE WE START
REDAXO and PHP are a strong part of my experience. I also have experience with WordPress and PrestaShop. The right platform depends on the existing setup, the content model and what your team needs to maintain.
Often the useful scope is a focused improvement: cleaner components, better fields or a simpler editing process. An initial review helps determine whether that approach is practical for your existing codebase.
Content preparation and migration are separate scope decisions. We should agree who writes, reviews and supplies text and images before implementation so that the build and launch schedule reflect the real workload.
